Here is a snapshot of communities that have new build opportunities. In addition to these new builds, there may also be opportunities to secure a custom new build on an individual lot. If you are interested in that option, please reach out to me directly to discuss.

Allowing your agent to be the one to initiate contact with the builder helps to ensure your interests are represented...and there is no extra cost to you. Once you sign in/up directly with a builder, your agent can no longer represent you and your needs with that builder.
