Admiralty Point

Admiralty Point is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida. The 10+ acre property is uniquely situated on the south end of Gulf Shore Boulevard North and is bordered by Doctors Pass, the Gulf of Mexico and Moorings Bay, approximately four miles north of Old Naples.

Admiralty Point is a gated community with round the clock security. Staff includes a full-time General Manager and Administrative Assistant, maintenance and housekeeping professionals and a full team of security guards. The two residential buildings on the property, the West Building, on the beach, and the East Building, on the bay, comprise 144 units.

The award winning grounds are meticulously maintained and paved walkways provide terrific views and easy access to all facilities.  Wildlife flourishes in our corner of paradise. Dolphins are spotted daily fishing and carousing in Doctors Pass; manatees are frequent, turtles more occasional; while Ospreys and Pelicans, Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Terns, Ibis, Snowy herons and Sandpipers are rent-free residents! 

Amenities at Admiralty Point include private docking, where 24 boat slips are available to owners who wish to take advantage of our immediate access to the Gulf; two outstanding USTA Har-Tru tennis courts; East and West pools, each with its own clubhouse, hot tub and outside grills; fitness center; shuffle board court; and kayak launch.  Both clubhouses can be reserved for private parties.

The larger clubhouse, located at the East pool, was recently constructed as part of Admiralty Point’s major $3.5 million capital rejuvenation project which also included the construction of a new fitness facility, new gatehouse, new administrative office and East Building carports.

Developers did not want long hallways which led to multiple unit doors - instead a 99-unit building, comprised of 9 separate stacks of cascading height, each with its own entryway and only two units per floor, was constructed. The building also provides an underground garage for all owners.  Plans for the iconic West Building were drawn up by the Connecticut architectural firm of Maitland & Strauss. Their design of Admiralty Point (West Building) is an excellent example of their avant-garde approach to structural integrity with breezeways allowing strong winds to pass through the structure. Construction began in late 1973 and was completed in 1976. The boat slips were also built during this period and were fully renovated and improved in 2010.
