Hamilton Place is a community developed by Toll Brothers starting in 2020. The community includes 66 townhomes with floor plans ranging from 1,905 to 2,033 square feet. All of the floor plans have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The two-level townhomes include a private garage and lanai offering great extensions to the living space. The open floor plans also include an upstairs loft. The bedrooms are all located on the upper level, while the main floor includes the kitchen, dining area and great room or living room.
