Real estate is the second chapter of my career. Before entering the industry, I spent more than two decades in senior corporate leadership, with experience in marketing, business strategy, operations, process improvement, and human resources.

I use those skills every day in real estate.

I approach pricing and market conditions analytically. I use my marketing background to position properties strategically. I draw on years of leadership and business experience to negotiate, communicate, manage complex situations, and solve problems. Combined with extensive Southwest Florida real estate knowledge and professional designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), my clients receive a level of expertise that extends well beyond a traditional real estate transaction.

One of the things my clients quickly discover is how much I personally do for them. 

 

For sellers, I am hands-on from preparation and pricing through marketing, negotiation, inspection, and closing. I personally develop the strategy and creative direction for every listing I represent, rather than relying on generic marketing. Each home gets a plan designed around the property, the market, the competition, and the buyers we are trying to reach.

For buyers, my role extends far beyond finding homes. I help clients evaluate communities, understand value, compare properties, investigate questions, assess fees and ownership considerations, navigate inspections and new construction, structure offers, negotiate terms, and identify issues they may not have known to consider.

Southwest Florida isn't one real estate market. Communities, neighborhoods, buildings, property types, and price points can behave very differently. I spend a tremendous amount of time studying the Naples and Southwest Florida market, researching communities and new developments, tracking trends, and creating market reports, community guides, and educational resources.

I believe informed clients make better decisions, and I will always give you my perspective, even when it may not be what you expected to hear. My job isn't to sell you on a decision. It's to help you make the right one. Perhaps the best reflection of my approach is that many of my clients come back to me again and again, and trust me with their friends and family as well. Those long-term relationships mean more to me than any individual transaction.
