Lennar has been on a building frenzy since acquiring WCI and CalAtlantic with Lennar signs popping up all over Naples. Perhaps you have noticed the construction that started on Livingston Road just North of Vanderbilt Beach Road. Lennar obtained approval in late 2017 and started construction on their newest community called Sereno Grove. Sereno Grove will be one of Lennar's most recent communities to start up in Naples. The community will be just west of Wilshire Lakes with an entrance right next to Marsala of Tiburon. The community will include roughly 60 single family homes. The community is still in the early stages of working on all the infrastructure.
Properties west of 75 are sought after by buyers because of the location, schools and convenience. Until recent years, the selections were all resales of older homes. Buyers are sure to love love the opportunity to consider new construction in these ideal locations. Marbella Isles by GL homes sold out quickly. Avery Square by Pulte is in process. And now Lennar is in the mix with this new community. Information shared to date indicate that roughly 14 acres of the 45+ acre space will be left as preserve space. As of today, Lennar has not released home site plans or floor plans to the public on their website but have posted that homes will start in the $600s. Be on the lookout for more information to come in the coming months. Once the plans have been released, a community page will be added to this website to provide more information. If you or anyone you know is interested in considering this community, please reach out to me and I am happy to help. 239.287.2576,
