I try to use my blog to post articles that I have written. However, I thought this recent post in Florida Weekly was insightful and worth sharing. It's a longer read but worth it as it has some good nuggets of information about the market as well as this writer's predictions about what is to come. Naples, in particular, tends to be on a slightly different real estate pattern than the rest of the US so getting to read local content is always meaningful and helpful. Happy reading.
