There are so many things to be aware of when it comes to buying and selling real estate. One topic that most buyers and sellers are not experts on is the topic of permits. The lack of knowledge on this topic can cause challenges in the buying and/or selling process. Given the potential legal nature of this, getting attorney guidance is important.
