Pelican Landing is a master planned community in Bonita Springs on over 2,300 acres, bordering Estero Bay on Florida's Gulf Coast and accented by lakes and preserves. Pelican Landing offers a variety of home styles from low-rise condos, attached or detached villas, cottages, estate homes, and high-rise condos with views over the Gulf of Mexico.
Pelican Landing’s well known for the amazing amenities including its own 34-acre island in the Gulf of Mexico with sugar-sand beaches, accessible via shuttle boat. With the exception of the country clubs and golf, access to all amenities is included with your annual HOA fees.

Beach Park
A delightful 12-minute boat ride across Estero Bay brings you to Pelican Landing's 34-acre beach park located at the northern end of Big Hickory Island. Enjoy swimming, sunning, shelling, bird watching or fishing at this unique park which provides a natural setting where ecological preservation meets modem convenience. Facilities include an elevated beach house, restrooms, shower facilities, nature library, two open-air pavilions, and a large screened-in pavilion with deck. Butterfly Garden Spring Creek Nature Park & Butterfly Garden is the epitome of serenity—a place to relax, enjoy and learn about the marvels of nature, butterfly species, birds, and native & wild plants right here in Pelican Landing. Tucked next to Spring Creek by the marina and fishing docks, the park provides a wonderful location to view water birds, jumping mullet, turtles, and beautiful sunsets. Golf Three golf courses wend their way through Pelican Landing, providing golfers and non-golfers alike with breathtaking vistas at every turn. Unlike communities where golf is mandatory and built into your HOA fee, golf here is completely optional; all costs are funded by club members. The Colony Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole course designed by Jerry Pate | Pelican’s Nest Golf Club offers two Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole courses. Tennis The Tennis Center features 12 newly renovated Har-Tru® courts, seven lighted for night play, and a full-time professional to oversee tournaments, league play, clinics, lessons and social events. Pickleball Six state-of-the-art Pickleball courts are located in the North lawn at the Community Center. Bocce Located at the Community Center, Pelican Landing's two Har-Tru Bocce courts are among the finest in southwest Florida. Wellness Our 4,400 square foot Wellness Center includes a 3,200 square foot gym equipped with cardio and resistance equipment, and a 1,200 square foot aerobics room. |
Community Center
At the Community Center, you will enjoy many opportunities to become enriched, enlightened and entertained. The Lifestyle Program includes arts & crafts and photography classes, lectures, luncheons, cabarets, concerts and dinner-dances. The venue also serves as a great space for neighborhood meetings & parties, and is a great place to meet your neighbors. Located in the community center, the 3,200 square-foot fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art cardiovascular & resistance equipment that compares favorably to that of the area’s finest fitness centers. An adjacent 1,200 square-foot aerobics room hosts a variety of fitness classes—from Barre Core Connect to Yoga. Kayak & Canoe Community-owned canoes & kayaks are a great way for residents to take an enjoyable trip down Spring Creek, a quiet and meandering tributary of Estero Bay. The facility includes parking, launch area, restrooms, information board and a scenic boardwalk. A limited number of kayaks are also available at Coconut Point Marina. Marina Boat slips can be leased at the Pelican Landing-owned Coconut Point Marina on Estero Bay, and at the Spring Creek dock behind Pelican’s Nest Golf Club. The marina also features a boat ramp that gives owners who store their boats off-site unlimited access for a small fee. Sailing The Sailing Center at Coconut Point Marina has a Hobie Wave, American 18 and ten Sunfish sailboats owners can check out and sail across Estero Bay to the Gulf. You don’t sail? Sign up for complimentary lessons. The Sailing Club hosts races, group sails and social events, including the annual black-tie Commodore’s Ball. Fishing Three docks – two on Spring Creek and another on Lakemont Cove – are available for anglers. You can also drop your line into 7 of Pelican Landing's 59 lakes. All these are located within our gates. Fishing is also fun at our 34-acre island Beach Park. Boat owners can rent a berth at our creek dock or at the marina. |
