Admiralty Point is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida. The 10+ acre property is uniquely situated on the south end of Gulf Shore Boulevard North and is bordered by Doctors Pass, the Gulf of Mexico and Moorings Bay, approximately four miles north of Old Naples.

The building also provides an underground garage for all owners. Plans for the iconic West Building were drawn up by the Connecticut architectural firm of Maitland & Strauss. Their design of Admiralty Point (West Building) is an excellent example of their avant-garde approach to structural integrity with breezeways allowing strong winds to pass through the structure. Construction began in late 1973 and was completed in 1976. The boat slips were also built during this period and were fully renovated and improved in 2010.
