She advised us on interiors and exterior updates needed be done to sell the house. She also advised on updates which would not payoff and she was absolutely correct on that too. Renee used her resources for house staging and staged it tastefully, which helped tremendously in quick sale. Renee designed and planted landscaping. She negotiated with the contractors we could not find ourselves and gave us timely warnings on outstanding permits issues. We exchanged our opinions on the value of the property and when listed, the house sold the next day with 4 buyers offering slightly higher than listing price. Communication was nearly instant, often beyond working hours. We were involved in a few real estate transactions over the years and no one worked as hard on our behalf as Renee.

When we decided to move here from Pennsylvania, we needed some guidance on where we wanted to live with our small family. We have been visiting our in-laws here for the past 10 years, so my husband and I were familiar with Naples as tourists, but we knew living here would bring a different perspective. Managing a home purchase from 1200 miles away during a pandemic is no small task, but Renee guided us the entire way through to settlement and beyond, even connecting us with contractors to help us make a few updates to the home.
