Renee is amazing. To date, we’ve purchased three homes and sold one home with Renee leading the charge. She can read people well, which is helpful with negotiations; and she read me and knew when I was stressed and helped ease my own worries throughout the process. In addition, Renee thinks two to three steps ahead of the game (and you). For instance, we were concerned the age of our roof age would lead to issues during the inspections and Renee had a solution before we even voiced our concerns out loud to her.
