Renee Hahn is a very competent Realtor and she has excellent electronic media skills. These are just a beginning of her qualities and qualifications. She advised us on interiors and exterior updates needed be done to sell the house. She also advised on updates which would not payoff and she was absolutely correct on that too. Renee used her resources for house staging and staged it tastefully, which helped tremendously in quick sale. Renee designed and planted landscaping. She negotiated with the contractors we could not find ourselves and gave us timely warnings on outstanding permits issues. We exchanged our opinions on the value of the property and when listed, the house sold the next day with 4 buyers offering slightly higher than listing price. Communication was nearly instant, often beyond working hours. We were involved in a few real estate transactions over the years and no one worked as hard on our behalf as Renee.

We could not have chosen a better partner for the sale of our home. Renee's attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made for a very smooth transaction from across the country.
