We are so glad we had Renee to guide us through the home selling process. From start to finish Renee goes above and beyond. She advised us as to what projects should be done to get the highest selling price. Since we live out of state she also helped manage those projects. Renee is so knowledgeable; which allowed us to make informed decisions on which contract was best. She was always responsive and had our best interest in mind. Renee is amazing. To date, we’ve purchased three homes and sold one home with Renee leading the charge. She can read people well, which is helpful with negotiations; and she read me and knew when I was stressed and helped ease my own worries throughout the process.
