Good morning Renee! Hope all is well with you and your family. Vinny and I are in the process of selling our home up here in NJ, in hopes of getting back down to Florida. My husband and I find ourselves every day saying at least 5-10 times how great you are. Your hard work and attention to detail really was wonderful. (Not that I’m comparing to our current realtor 🫣) but we wished you were here to help us sell! Have a good day.

As a realtor I decided I didn’t want to list our home myself. We had a lot on our plate and I knew the market had shifted a lot since the sale of our last home. We needed someone who would go above and beyond so we could sell quickly. With no doubt in our heads, we knew that person would be Renee Hahn. She is more than excellent in my book and brings more to the table than any other realtor I have ever met. She sets high expectations and meets them every time. In our community, homes were taking about 60 days or in some cases, much longer to sell. Knowing this, we decided to list a little earlier but Renee being the “Rock Star” that she is, had our home in contract in 21 days. Thank you Renee for all of your help. Review Renee Hahn September 14, 2022 To whom it may concern: Renee Hahn: If 5 stars is the maximum, we would give her 20 stars!! We were visiting Naples for a weekend, and noted that price for our condo in Pelican Bay had skyrocketed, but our friend said, if we sold, the new placed we bought would also have a high price. Where could we go? We had nothing planned, so I said to my wife, why don’t you find a real estate agent on the internet, and let’s see where we could go. She picked Renee Hahn, and that was our lucky day. Although she was out of town on vacation, she arranged to have another agent show us condos in other communities, so we could hone in on the community and condo style we would like. Renee had a video chat with us, and quickly recognized what we would want in a new home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the attributes of each community and what would fit best with our needs and tastes. I told her communications were paramount in my business relationships, and she exceeded our expectations in that regard. She was always quick to respond with answers to our questions, as well as suggestions on what we should look for. She even recommended, since we had rented out our condo each winter, that we should look into using a 1031 exchange for our potential purchase. Renee helped stage our condo, and she was very thorough with regards to video, brochures, pictures and every detail of getting our home ready for a sale. AND THEN SHE SOLD THE CONDO IN 30 HOURS!! She was also an excellent negotiator, and got the buyers to come up to our price. Renee made sure she covered every base with regards to paperwork, recommending a Title company, attorneys, and any other ancillary services that might be needed. She even offered to help us get rid of the furniture we didn’t want. But the topper was, when the elevators were out of service for a few hours ON THE DAY the potential buyers were checking out the place, Renee WALKED UP EIGHT FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO BE SURE SHE WAS READY TO SHOW THE BUYERS THE PROPERTY!! To sum up, we unequivocally, wholeheartedly, and without any reservation recommend that anyone interested in buying or selling their home should use Renee Hahn! She is wonderful to deal with, always pleasant, always had an ear for our concerns, always kept us informed, and took care of every detail.
