​Stock Development is the overall developer on this community that started in 2023 featuring 443-homes east of Collier Boulevard, across from Naples National Golf Club, less than two miles south of Interstate 75 in Collier County. Caymas Naples will encompass 780 acres, half of which are lakes and preserves. The community showcases single-family and estate homes built by Stock Luxury Homes and Stock Custom Homes, divisions of Stock Development as well as 87 homes built by Pulte Homes.

Caymas has homes ranging in size from 2,400 to more than 4,000 square feet. A total of 12 floor plans with a variety of elevations are being offered by Stock at Caymas, on lots that range from 62, 76 and 90-feet wide. Pulte Homes will offer 4 floor plans on 52-foot-wide homesites.


Stock Development will offer 12 floor plans, eight of which will be showcased as model homes.

  • The Cambria III 3-bedroom+study/ 3.5 bath model with 2,627 sqf under air and 4,033 total sqf.

  • The Mayfield III 4 bed+study/3.5 bath model with 3,033 sqf under air and 4,469 total sqf.

  • The Covington III 3-bed+study/3-bath model with 2,743 sqf under air and 4,593 total sqf.

  • The Madison II 3-bed+study+bonus room/4.5 bath model with 3,054 sqf under air and 4,779 total sqf.

  • The Sterling III 4-bed+study/4-bath model with 3,277 sqf under air and 5,170 total sqf.

  • The Margo III 3-bed+study+bonus room/4.5 bath model with 3,838 sqf under air and 5,722 total sqf.

  • The Gardenia II 4-bed+study+plus bonus room/4.5-bath home with 4,000 sqf under air and 5,901 total sqf.


Pulte Homes has 87 homesites in Caymas that will have four floor plans to choose from. They will build two models in the community (the Brixton and the Regency Grande),

  • The Brixton - single-story, 3-bed+den/ 3-bath home with just under 3,000 sqf of air-conditioned living space.

  • The Regency Grande - two-story, 5 bed+den+loft/ 4 full-bath/2 half-bath home with more than 4,100 sqf of air-conditioned living space.


From fine dining featuring delicious cuisine to sipping a cocktail at the poolside bar or taking a refreshing dip in the pool to relaxing next to the sun-drenched lagoon, the amenities surrounding the clubhouse are touted by Stock Development as "unrivaled in the marketplace."

Encompassing 18 acres, the 25,000-square-foot clubhouse itself will feature a main dining room, as well as a private dining room, spacious catering kitchen, a theater, billiards room, cards/activity room, golf simulator, locker rooms, an exercise room and even a classroom.
Lakeside and adjacent to the clubhouse, residents will enjoy a resort pool, as well as a number of other outdoor amenities. Additional planned spaces to include room for aerobics, bocce courts and a bath house.
