Golden Gate Estates is on the far East side of Naples accounting for 172 square miles of land and offers a wide range single family homes at a variety of price points from some of the most affordable home pricing to estate homes in the multi-million. Unlike many parts of Naples, this is not a community developed by builders or developers. Rather it is an acreage community. Home owners are often attracted to the area in order to have large lots at a reasonable price. Most properties are at least an acre and allow many things that the majority of Naples communities do not, such as horses, storage structures and guest homes.
