A bundled golf membership is an inherent part of homeownership in Highland Woods, with membership included for two individuals per property.
As a general association rule, pets are not permitted for owners, renters, or visitors in most Highland Woods residences, though specific allowances may vary by individual building associations.
Smoking is prohibited inside all units within Highland Woods.
All leases must be in writing and receive prior approval from the Association, along with an HOA application fee. Rental terms permit a maximum of 12 leases per year, with minimum stays of 30 days for short-term rentals and 90 days for others. Golf and club privileges can be transferred to guests or tenants for a designated fee.
The 18-hole golf course at Highland Woods is designed for walking only, and personal golf carts are not permitted on the course.
While most units are accessible, some two-story veranda coach homes do not feature elevators, whereas other property types like Heathermoor and Terrace units do have common elevators.
