Specific breeds noted for viciousness, such as Pit Bulls, are prohibited. All pets must be leashed in common areas, and owners are responsible for immediate waste removal. A dedicated Canine Cove Dog Park is available for residents and their pets.
Rental Policy: Lease agreements in Isles of Collier Preserve must have a minimum term of no less than thirty (30) days, with a maximum of three leases permitted per year. All leases require prior approval from the Master Association, and tenants are expressly bound by the community's comprehensive rules and regulations. Amenity access is typically transferred to the tenant for the duration of the lease.
