Pet Policy: The community is generally pet-friendly, allowing two dogs (up to 50 lbs each) or two cats. However, certain breeds are restricted, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, and Great Danes. All pets must be leashed in common areas, and owners are responsible for waste removal. Proof of vaccinations and microchipping may be required.
Rental Policy: Rental policies for Kalea Bay typically allow a minimum lease term of 90 days, with a maximum of three leases per year. All rentals are subject to application and approval by the Condominium Association.
