COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT

Palm River is a non-gated community on the Northside of Naples but West of I-75. The homes sit on lots that are typically 1/3 acre and vary in style and design. One benefit of living in Palm River is not having any HOA fees. Also, home owners like not having restrictions, which allows flexibility for things like pets, fences, etc. Also a number of the homes have started to get updated.
