ABOUT PELICAN BAY
Pelican Bay is a premier master-planned coastal community in North Naples, extending from U.S. 41 west to nearly three miles of Gulf shoreline. The community includes approximately 6,500 residences across about 95 individual associations, offering one of the most diverse collections of residential real estate in Naples. Buyers can choose among Gulf-front high-rise condominiums, mid- and low-rise condominiums, villas, attached residences and single-family homes, with settings ranging from Gulf and preserve views to lakes, golf course surroundings and established residential streets.
What distinguishes Pelican Bay is the combination of private Gulf beaches, extensive recreational amenities and preserved natural surroundings. More than 500 acres of protected estuary, mangroves and beach create a natural buffer along the Gulf, while an electric tram system and boardwalks connect residents to private beach facilities and beachfront dining. Tennis, pickleball, fitness, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, parks, walking and biking are incorporated into the community lifestyle, while Waterside Shops and Artis-Naples are located within the broader Pelican Bay area. For buyers seeking coastal living with an unusually extensive amenity package, Pelican Bay offers a lifestyle that is difficult to duplicate elsewhere in Naples.

PELICAN BAY AMENITIES
Pelican Bay's amenity package is one of the most extensive in Naples, beginning with nearly three miles of private Gulf beach along the community's western boundary. Residents and their guests can reach North Beach and South Beach using boardwalks through the mangroves or Pelican Bay's open-air electric tram system. Eight tram stations connect the residential areas to the beach access points, making the Gulf easily accessible without driving or searching for beach parking.
Once at the beach, attendants provide loungers, umbrellas and cabanas, along with assistance with recreational equipment. Kayaks, canoes and sailboats allow residents to explore the Gulf and surrounding waterways, while beach fitness classes provide another recreational option.
Restrooms, showers and accessibility features are also available at the beach facilities.
One of Pelican Bay's most distinctive amenities is private beachfront dining. Marker 36 at North Beach and Sandbar at South Beach provide residents and guests with restaurant and bar service directly along the Gulf. This ability to take the tram to the beach, spend the day along the water and enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails without leaving the community is a defining part of the Pelican Bay lifestyle.
Racquet sports are equally impressive. Pelican Bay offers 26 hydro tennis courts and 20 outdoor pickleball courts at three locations, supported by professional instruction, organized play, round robins and special events. The size of the racquet program allows both recreational and more competitive players to participate without requiring membership in a separate private sports club.
The Pelican Bay Community Center provides fitness, wellness, educational and social facilities. The Fitness Center includes cardiovascular, strength and core-training equipment along with indoor and outdoor group exercise programs and personal training. The Community Center also provides spaces for art, meetings, events, educational programs and other resident activities, making it an important year-round gathering place.
Nature is an equally important part of the community. More than 500 acres of protected estuary, mangroves and beaches form part of Pelican Bay's coastal environment. Walking and biking routes, boardwalks, parks and the community's berm pathway allow residents to enjoy these surroundings beyond the formal recreational facilities. Oakmont Park and Ridgewood Park provide additional green spaces within the community.
For golfers, Club Pelican Bay offers a private 27-hole golf experience within Pelican Bay. The club is separate from the Pelican Bay Foundation, and membership is optional rather than included with homeownership. This distinction allows residents who do not play golf to enjoy Pelican Bay's extensive Foundation amenities without being required to maintain a golf membership, while golfers can separately pursue Club membership.
Pelican Bay also benefits from an exceptional location. Waterside Shops, Artis-Naples and The Baker Museum are within the broader Pelican Bay area, providing shopping, dining, performing arts and cultural experiences close to home. Additional restaurants, shopping, healthcare and Gulf beaches are readily accessible throughout North Naples.
The result is a community where the lifestyle extends far beyond the individual residence. Whether someone prefers beach days, Gulf-front dining, tennis, pickleball, fitness, kayaking, walking, cycling, cultural events or optional private golf, Pelican Bay provides an unusually broad range of choices within one coastal Naples community.
