ABOUT PELICAN MARSH
Pelican Marsh is a sizable, ideally located North Naples community that reaches across 2,075 acres of land, 133 of which is designated as natural preserves which provides a terrific environment for wildlife including eagles, wading birds and many other interesting creatures. This lush community wraps around a beautiful golf course and is a short 1.5 miles to the sugary sand beaches and Gulf. Although residents enjoy the option to join the Golf Club, membership is not mandatory. The community center that was expanded in 2022 provides fantastic amenities to all residents and is included in the quarterly fees for the community.
There are 26 named communities within Pelican Marsh consisting of multi-family/condominiums buildings and single-family homes. In 2023, the community reported that about 40% of the residents live in the community full-time.

Pelican Marsh also has an on-site private Golf Club which boasts an 18-hole championship golf course — named one of the top three courses for the 2000 and 2001 Senior PGA Tour. Pelican Marsh was designed by world-renowned architect Robert von Hagge and is a year-round course, with seven sets of tees on each of its 18 holes, the 7,050-yard course entertains players of all abilities. The course has generous landing areas, and gently contoured Tif Eagle greens. There is also an expertly designed practice facility featuring on-site PGA Professionals. The private membership facility boasts a variety of golf, social and dining memberships available.
