ABOUT SEYCHELLES ISLANDS
The Seychelles Islands are renowned for deep blue waters and perfect beach settings. Inspired by this beautiful destination, Neal Communities presents Seychelles, a carriage-home community started in 2020. The gated community consists of 224 British-West Indies style coach homes. Each building comes with eight private residences. Four of the units are located on the ground level, while the other four residences are on the upper level of each of the two-story buildings. There are 4 styles of designer coach homes ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms and from 1350SF – 1725 SF. Each home comes with a 1 or 2-car garages.
