The standout feature at Sonny’s is the Chicago-style pizza, available in both deep-dish and thin crust varieties. Each pizza is made from scratch with fresh dough, sauce, and cheese, bringing a true taste of Chicago to the Naples dining scene. Latino, who operates pizzerias back in Chicago, has carefully brought his recipes to this new location, ensuring that the pizza lives up to its hometown reputation.

But the pizza isn’t the only thing on the menu. Sonny’s features a wide range of Italian-American dishes, with about 75% of the menu being new. While some favorite items from Zookie’s, like the fish fry, have been kept, the focus is on fresh, made-from-scratch offerings, from chicken Parmesan to meatball subs. The changes have been met with enthusiastic feedback, with regulars enjoying the elevated recipes and new twists on familiar dishes.

The space itself has also been thoughtfully updated. The 4,600-square-foot venue has been decluttered, repainted, and revamped with a new sound system. The many TVs have been repositioned for better viewing, enhancing the sports bar experience.
