The name Mimoto translates to “identity” or “background” in Japanese, and this place has both in spades. It’s the latest passion project from powerhouse chefs June Dispongsa and Somi Teamtanong... the same creative minds behind local favorites Ichi Togarashi, Tong Yin, and Sendo De Café.
