No stranger to Southwest Florida with locations in Founders Square and Bonita Springs, Swirls & Scoops took over the Pine Ridge Road space that was once home to 16 Handles, which closed its doors in the last quarter of 2024 after operating for less than two years. Michoacana, known for its rich Mexican ice cream flavors, has set out to breathe new life into the space and bring a fun, flavorful experience to Meridian.

At Swirls & Scoops, customers can enjoy a range of ice cream and frozen yogurt options, from classic favorites to unique Mexican-inspired desserts. They serve homemade ice cream made fresh daily, with exciting options including 28 delicious flavors of ice cream, 16 flavors of soft serve yogurt—including vegan choices—and a wide variety of toppings.
