Hi there, I’m Renee Hahn, your Naples real estate expert. In this short video, I’m going to share with you what makes Naples so special, from the perspective of a resident and a REALTOR®.

As someone who has lived in many beautiful places around the US, Naples truly feels like paradise. The weather is a huge perk, allowing me to wear sandals year-round. The town is also very clean and safe, with little to no crime.

Another major draw for me is the quality of the schools. My daughters have thrived in the public school system here, and they’re both going to highly selective colleges. There are also great private schools available if that’s your preference.

Even though Naples feels like a small town, it offers all the conveniences of a big city. There’s a zoo, a philharmonic,museums, live theater, botanical gardens, and more restaurants than you could ever try. The people here are also friendly,with a welcoming Midwestern vibe.

Now, Naples isn’t without its downsides. The cost of living here is on the higher end. Housing, groceries, and eating out can all be expensive. The hot and humid summers can be a bit of a drag, but the gorgeous weather throughout the rest of the year makes up for it for me.
