Bay Colony is an exclusive community within Pelican Bay for the most discerning of tastes. BILTMORE: The Biltmore is a Gulf Front twenty two story high rise building that contains 75 condominium apartments, four of which are Penthouse units. There are also two guest suites and a manager's unit. The Biltmore as a private Condominium entity began its existence in May 1997. The Biltmore employs its own front desk staff that provide 24/7 service.
BRIGHTON: The Brighton is a Gulf Front twenty two story high rise comprised of 75 units and was developed by WCI developed. The designers of the Brighton created floor plans based on the function of each room instead of having to live with interior spaces dictated by the exterior architecture. The results are exquisitely livable rooms that take advantage of the building's site directly on the beach in Bay Colony. East-West floor plans overlook nature preserves and all of Bay Colony to the east and the Gulf to the west. Oversized, curving, glass railed balconies open to the Gulf screened balconies on the mangrove preserves. Four individual floor plans range from 2,750 to 3,450 square feet that live like single-family homes. Each unit has two assigned parking spaces in controlled-access, sub-building garage disguised with lush landscaping. Amenities include social, card and exercise rooms, library, garden deck, pool, spa, poolside bar and barbecue and a dune walkover to the beach. The Brighton also has 24 hour front desk and security services.
CARLYSLE: The Carlysle is a twenty story tower that stands majestically on the beach in Bay Colony and offers 75 grand residences plus a two-story lobby, an amenities floor and underground parking. Each spacious Carlysle residence (only four per floor) offers views of stunning sunrises to the east over protected conservation areas and dramatic sunsets to the west over the Gulf of Mexico. The "A" residences offer 3,274 square feet of air-conditioned living area, including three bedrooms plus a library, surrounded by wrap-around terraces. The "B" residences are also spacious, with 2,635 air-conditioned square feet, three bedrooms, plus a formal dining room or optional library. All residences include generously oversized screened terraces, lavish Gulf-front master suites with morning kitchens, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, mirrored wet bars with ice makers, built-in wall safes, crown molding, and custom cabinetry. CONTESSA: Contessa was the first residence to grace the beach of Bay Colony in Pelican Bay. There are a total of 76 residences; four to each floor and two penthouses to a floor on each of the top two levels. The Contessa has rooms for gatherings including a board room, social room with kitchen facilities, fully equipped exercise room and two fully furnished guest suites, making it ideal for entertaining. Terrace gardens overlook the heated pool, spa and cabanas on the beach side. The only high-rise in Bay Colony with a private tennis facility which is located on the east side of the property. A private boardwalk provides convenient access to the beach and the blue-green waters of the Gulf. The building boasts full time security guards as well as on-site management.
WINDSOR: The Windsor at Bay Colony Condominium Association, Inc. was the final high rise building to be built directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Bay Colony. Construction began in 1997 and owners began moving into the condominiums in early 1998. There are 31 condominium units within the 21 story building. Seven of these units are penthouses that are approximately 10,110 sq. ft. The remaining 24 units are arranged in a two units per floor configuration having 6,900 sq. ft. per unit. The elevators servicing each condo open directly into the unit. There is a separate freight elevator servicing each floor. The Windsor has an excellent security system to protect its owners. The Windsor amenities are an exercise room with massage room, men's and women's saunas, social room/library with a catering kitchen, board meeting room, spa and spacious pool and barbeque gazebo. The Windsor is located adjacent to the Bay Colony Beach Club giving owners easy access to one of the finest restaurants in Naples. Every condominium has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico with direct, easy access to the beach from the swimming pool deck.
OFF GULF CONDOS AT BAY COLONY:
Although not directly on the Gulf, the off-Gulf condo options at Bay Colony are popular options for those seeking a lavish lifestyle.
