Huntington Lakes generally permits owners to keep a reasonable number of small domesticated pets, such as one dog (typically under 25 pounds in mature weight) or one cat, or a few birds or fish. However, pets must be leashed or carried in common areas, and owners are responsible for immediate waste disposal. Renters are typically not allowed pets, with exceptions only for approved assistance animals.
Unit owners in Huntington Lakes may lease their properties up to three times per calendar year, with each lease having a minimum duration of 60 days. Subleasing or renting only a portion of a unit is strictly prohibited. All leases require prior approval from the Association.
