ABOUT PELICAN LANDING
Pelican Landing is an established gated, master-planned community in Bonita Springs, encompassing more than 2,300 acres along Estero Bay and featuring an extensive landscape of lakes, preserves, wetlands, cypress hammocks and mature tropical vegetation. The community offers an unusually diverse collection of residences, including single-family homes, villas, coach homes, low- and mid-rise condominiums and high-rise residences. This variety allows buyers to choose among golf, lake, preserve and Estero Bay settings while remaining within the same larger community.
One of the defining characteristics of Pelican Landing is the breadth of amenities included through the Pelican Landing Community Association, highlighted by a private 34-acre island beach park in the Gulf of Mexico that residents reach by shuttle boat across Estero Bay. Tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing and community gathering spaces provide extensive recreational opportunities without requiring golf membership. For buyers who do want a private golf lifestyle, two separately operated country clubs offer three 18-hole courses within the broader community, with membership optional and separate from residential ownership.

What You Need to Know About Living in Pelican Landing
The Pelican Landing Community Association Provides the Master Amenities:Â Residential ownership includes access to the community's primary recreational facilities through the PLCA assessment, with golf and private country club privileges handled separately.
Golf Is Optional:Â The private golf clubs within Pelican Landing operate independently from the PLCA. Buyers do not have to purchase golf membership simply because they own a residence in the community.
Individual Neighborhoods Have Different Association Structures:Â Depending on the property, buyers may have neighborhood, condominium or other association obligations in addition to the Pelican Landing Community Association.
The Colony Has an Additional Structure:Â The Colony is located within the broader Pelican Landing development but has its own foundation, amenities and association considerations in addition to applicable Pelican Landing obligations.
Condominium Due Diligence Is Property-Specific:Â Association reserves, insurance, maintenance responsibilities, structural requirements, planned projects and amenities can vary considerably among the different condominium communities.
Current Costs and Rules Should Be Verified:Â Buyers should review current PLCA assessments, applicable neighborhood or condominium fees, club membership options, leasing requirements, pet policies and other governing documents for the specific residence.
Pelican Landing is not just a community; it's an invitation to the extraordinary. It's your canvas for life's finest moments, waiting for you to make your mark.

Infinity is your passport to resort living, with sunset views over Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Nestled in lush natural preserves, this is your chance to make the Southwest Florida lifestyle your own, brimming with outdoor activities, leisure, and relaxation. And when the call of the town beckons, a quick drive north or south reveals a world of shopping, entertainment, cultural treasures, and vibrant nightlife.
PELICAN LANDING AMENITIES
PThe centerpiece of the Pelican Landing lifestyle is its private 34-acre island beach park in the Gulf of Mexico. Residents reach the island by community shuttle boat across Estero Bay, turning the trip to the beach into part of the experience. The crossing takes approximately 12 minutes, after which residents can enjoy the island's sugar-sand shoreline for swimming, shelling, fishing, bird watching or simply spending time along the Gulf. This private island arrangement is one of the most distinctive residential amenities in Southwest Florida.
Racquet sports are another significant component of the community. Pelican Landing offers 12 Har-Tru tennis courts, six pickleball courts and two bocce courts, supporting recreational and organized play. These facilities are part of the broader community amenity program rather than requiring membership in one of the private country clubs.
Fitness and community activities are centered around the Wellness Center and Community Center. Residents have access to cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, group fitness space and organized activities, while the Community Center provides gathering space for social, educational and recreational programs. Together, these facilities provide indoor options that complement the extensive outdoor recreation available throughout the community.
Water recreation extends well beyond the island beach. At the Kayak/Canoe Park on Spring Creek, community-owned kayaks and canoes allow residents to explore the area's waterways and mangrove environment. Pelican Landing also operates a Sailing Center on Estero Bay, where residents who meet proficiency requirements can use community-owned sailboats, and sailing instruction is available. Three fishing piers provide additional opportunities to enjoy the community's waterfront setting.
The natural environment is an equally important part of Pelican Landing. The community's more than 2,300 acres incorporate lakes, preserves, wetlands, cypress hammocks and wildlife habitat, along with mature landscaping and winding residential streets. A butterfly garden and numerous outdoor areas further integrate nature into the community rather than concentrating recreation solely around a clubhouse.
Golf is available through two separately operated private country clubs with three 18-hole courses between them. The Nest Golf Club offers two Tom Fazio-designed courses, while The Colony Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole Jerry Pate-designed course. Membership in these clubs is optional and separately funded, allowing residents who do not golf to enjoy Pelican Landing's extensive community amenities without paying mandatory golf membership costs.
The surrounding location adds another dimension to the lifestyle. Pelican Landing is convenient to Coconut Point, Southwest Florida International Airport, Gulf beaches and the shopping, dining and recreational destinations of Bonita Springs and Estero, while North Naples is readily accessible to the south.
For buyers, Pelican Landing's greatest distinction is the combination of private Gulf beach access, water recreation, extensive sports and fitness facilities, optional golf and an exceptionally broad range of housing choices within a mature natural environment.
