Enjoy modern conveniences with facilities including an elevated beach house, restrooms, shower facilities, a nature library, two open-air pavilions, and a large screened-in pavilion with a deck.
Butterfly Garden: Spring Creek Nature Park & Butterfly Garden is a haven of serenity where you can unwind, appreciate the wonders of nature, discover butterfly species, observe birds, and encounter native and wild plants. Tucked alongside Spring Creek, this park is a picturesque location to admire water birds, leaping mullets, turtles, and breathtaking sunsets.

The on-site 3,200-square-foot fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and resistance equipment, rivaling the area's finest fitness centers. Kayak & Canoe: Residents have the opportunity to explore the tranquil beauty of Spring Creek with community-owned canoes and kayaks. The facility includes parking, a launch area, restrooms, an information board, and a scenic boardwalk. A limited number of kayaks are also available at Coconut Point Marina.
Marina: Leasing boat slips at Pelican Landing's Coconut Point Marina on Estero Bay or at the Spring Creek dock behind Pelican's Nest Golf Club provides residents with prime access to the water. The marina also features a boat ramp for boat owners who store their boats off-site.
Sailing: The Sailing Center at Coconut Point Marina is your gateway to aquatic adventure. Check out Hobie Wave, American 18, and ten Sunfish sailboats to sail across Estero Bay to the Gulf. If you're new to sailing, sign up for complimentary lessons. The Sailing Club hosts races, group sails, and social events, including the annual black-tie Commodore's Ball.
