Amber Cove is the brainchild of Tim Herman, a seasoned hospitality pro with over 40 years of experience at luxe destinations like LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and Caesars Palace. Now, he’s bringing his signature flair to Naples, offering up a comfortable, tranquil restaurant in paradise.  It’s a place where you can expect warm vibes, coastal inspiration, and some seriously memorable meals.

From Coast to Coast—And Beyond 🌍

While KC American Bistro focused on American regional dishes, Amber Cove takes it global, with a creative menu that blends coastal flavors and international flair. Under the leadership of Chef Jehad Alsharabini, the new menu is a fresh, 85% revamp featuring seasonal, sea-to-table ingredients, modernist techniques, and unexpected twists.

Here are just a few mouthwatering examples:

• Miso Glazed Chilean Seabass with cauliflower mousse, couscous, yuzu dashi & confit wild mushrooms

• Faroe Islands Salmon paired with Sicilian eggplant caponata & confit baby potatoes
