For those familiar with Ovalle’s Delicias, their popular lunch truck, Que Chilero represents a natural and exciting next chapter. While the food truck laid the foundation, the new restaurant allows the sisters to expand their menu, refine their offerings, and create a place where guests can slow down, sit together, and truly enjoy the experience.
